What housing bubble?

This is a very interesting look at what created housing price declines in the past and whether we are ripe for something similar. I can state pretty definitively that the Northern California job market is healthy and looks to remain healthy for the foreseeable future. I could certainly imagine a cooling of the volume of transactions but not much of a value decline.
