National Sales Tax

Talk of a national sales tax is interesting. Though I certainly understand the complaints that there may be constitutional infirmities and that it may be excessive to the lower and middle class, it does have some real liberty advantages.

To the disadvantage that the tax is unfair, the EU and Canada have much of this tax system in place plus income tax and that doesn't seem to be unfair...

The advantage is that this would take away the number one fundamental push back to the deployment of anonymous digital cash.
